And if it was just a citation, they would have written the ticket on the spot..That's the purpose of giving out a citation instead of arresting someone..But if they took the time to drag her into jail, she MUST be booked and that will take hours after her arrest alone..And she won't have any bail set until she sees the judge on monday.
