I watched it from start to finish. When Brian Mulroney was saying his thing they panned over to Clinton and he had his head back both eyes shut looking pretty relaxed (he was sleeping) When G.Bush was talking they once again put the camera on Clinton and that time he had one eye shut one eye half open looking like he was having a hard time staying awake.

This is a FALSE RUMOUR. It's poor journalism to stir the pot. I heard about this entire thing on the radio. Clinton and everybody else were in a moment of silent and prayer and somebody took this photo and started saying he was sleeping in it. He was NOT sleeping.
