The only way they would ruin their name is if they already have some hidden guilt on their hands somehow. Anyone that is outraged by this kind of blatant thievery should post their opinion and support wherever they can.





If you care about this industry as a whole, if you care about being able to trust that the good talented people doing the actual work behind the scenes to make your websites look good are actually getting paid and paid <i>FAIRLY</i>, then post. Put your name behind the cause of standing up for what is right.

Why some people have a problem with doing what's right is beyond me.

Spin it any way you want to. Pensfan is not off the hook by a longshot. He has acknowledged his personal debt to Rikki Lee and has again begun paying on that debt as far as she has said.

YOU however have not.

You haven't even been man enough to admit that you owe these debts. Paul, these people are my friends and colleagues, you are damed right I am standing up for what is right here.

Last year you told me on the phone AND ON ICQ that you accept responsibility for these debts, you admitted that you took full payment for certain work orders and then failed to pay the designers in question, and you expressed remorse for doing so, as well as a deep desire to make reparations so you could rebuild your business and your life. Are you now calling me a lier? It's all there in my saved ICQ logs. I can also screenshot the logs directly from my ICQ program.

The designers have proof of the work they did, your former clients have proof of payment in full to you, there is no record of many payments to the designers, and many others including myself have other proof as well.

If you are challenging me to take you to court, believe me that is being looked into as a possibility.
