I've tried:
*Spybot Search & Destroy
*cleared all cookies
*cleared all temp files

it keeps shutting down my browser, and wont let me do a disk defrag, scandisk, and i cant even open my browser up unless i have my firewall running.

i really dont wanna have to reformat, any suggestions??
