If you are running XP, have you tried restoring from an earlier point?

ad-aware, spybot, microsoft anti-spware, CWShredder. Download/update if possible in windows, reboot to safemode and run all programs.

Is it the desktop toolbar by 180searchassistant? Thats a rather annoying one that won't go away and installs alot of others. Sounds like a similar situation.

The program will be in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 on your windows installation. It has an icon like the one of the spyware on your desktop. You'll have to delete it and also delete the registry key that has it run at startup.

Registry startup keys are in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

for xp anyway. It Sux

Looks what running

Start => run => cmd [ok]
then do tasklist
check for weird/random name.exe like wudjso.exe

if you want to save the output of tasklist do:

tasklist > tasklist.txt
then check every name on google
if you find something suspect kill the process

Update your anti-virus, or get a more powerful one: BitDefender AVG free edition
Kaspersky

Install one of them then update it
Don't forget to update your anti spyware software

it keeps shutting down my browser, and wont let me do a disk defrag, scandisk, and i cant even open my browser up unless i have my firewall running.
