Looks like nobody use dialers.. but that's not true, it's a fact that a good dialer with a good site promotion converts very well!..
and out there is a large list of WM's using dialers as a payment method.

Especially when you arrange it with the bank, to send wires from home! Takes some paperwork initially, but once signed -- One phone call is all it takes.
