Generally designers just make the templates and you fill them.. However there are some that will crop the thumbs and fill the gallery for an extra fee... I believe Tootie does this, and there are a few others.Comment

How can you guarantee conversions? CTR I can understand, but conversions? Conversions are solely the SPONSOR's realm, and the gallery really have shit all to do with it.. A gallery designer's job is to get the surfer to the tour.. it's the tour's job to sell him. By guaranteeing conversions, you are shooting yourself in the foot..
