I dumped ccbill last month after 2 months of them sucking ass, and I am so glad I did. My new processor(that I won't metion so I don't get accussed of working for them) has had no holes and is giving me 30% more sign ups with the same traffic. All that stuff about summer slowdowns and traffic fluxuations is BS. I just spoke to a friend of mine who still runs with ccbill and he says its slow as hell the last few days, and when he called they gave him the good old "nothing wrong on our end" answer, but I'm doing better than I have for months. If you are still using ccbill your a sucker.

go in asia or eastern europe and try to signup thru CCBill with your visa or visa premier , and you'll see that you not only get scrubbed but even when back home you won't be ever again able to use your cards with CCBill. i havent been able to use both my visa international and my visa premier with CCBill since last march ( 2003) still they work perfectly with most processors except IBill wich sometimes refuses and sometimes accepts themComment

I totally agree that something is up with CCBill. I have had ZERO new sign-ups in the past seven days. I am still receiving the same amount of hits each day - but oddly, no new members. I have, however, had an unusually high number of Denials.
When I contacted CCBill - I was told (surprise!) "We checked your account and nothing is wrong." Whatever.
My site has been online for five years and we have never, ever, gone more than one single day without a sign-up. Now, all of a sudden it has been a solid week and I am supposed to believe that everything is just dandy over at CCBill.
I really wish you would share the name of your new processor, because as someone who was burned by Lancelot and GloBill...I must say that I have a bad feeling.Comment
