    Sinus Massage, ooooooooooooh

    wow, i just recently developed sinus pressure, never had it before. so one of my friends asked me if i wanted a sinus massage.

    amazing

    she rubbed my face down for ten minutes and put a hot towel on me, and BAM! my sinus pressure dissappeared.


    anyone have any secrets to relieving sinuses?

                      Yep, I learned how to do that in yoga class years ago. It's not the same quite when you try to do it to yourself, but it kinda works.
