No, I wasn't directly addressing the uptime issue. We have that worked out right now and the sites are all fine.
I was addressing the support issue. I was letting the customers know that everything our customers have asked for has been added to our new system. I am letting them know that they can manage their own domains, DNS, emails, and account info. I am letting them know everything that took 1-2 days to set up is going to be automated, so ther eis no wait time.
Most of all, I am letting the customers know, that for $50, they'll have one of the best solutions out there. I did not in any way try to say that because we charge less, we want to give you less, or that your sites will be down while we re-organize.
