I listened to the talks in Davos Switzerland on Cspan and heard over and over again world leaders talking about implementing a UN fee on all electronic transactions. The most important man to speak on the subject was Bill Clinton because he is probably going to be the next head of the UN

This is important because it can be implemented "voluntarily" by banks. NO parliaments, congresses, or presidents need to approve. ALL banks will agree to it at the same time because if only a handful did they would lose business to others (so it must be broad across the entire industry to be fair)

At first the tax will be so small that it's not even noticeable (probably a fraction of a percent)
