In the early days or entire business could be run by just me, mojo, and a handful of employees. Back then we also had 2 other partners. since these guys were useless in adult, we sent them off into mainstream. They did well and opened our eyes to the posibilities. As far as the others go, we had bad results buying from google (of course, your results may vary) and We used to have good results with overture baqck when we were doing the cellphone thing but thats no sure bet either.

Concentrate on paysites? concentrate on getting traffic? concentrate on collecting emails? can you point me in the right direction?

If you were coming out with a new movie site, what file types and file sizes would you have?
I see some sites that provide wmv, mpeg and .mov files, others just have one type... Some do large medium small file sizes, some do Broadband / dialup
Assorted file types can suck up space fast. But is it in turn worth it as far as keeping members happy bringing up less issues?
