Having read the whole thread, it just seems unacceptable that NATS took 3.5 months to resolve a data transmission issue with Electracash especially when it appears you made it clear to them that you wanted to use them for your processing. I realize some issues are complex and require time to sort out, but I'd be pissed too if I bought software because it I was told it integrated with my processor of choice, only to find out it really didn't.
