You are correct John in your statement that you would help us move if we were not happy. I closed all the tickets regardless if they were resolved or not though almost 2 weeks ago I believe.
The last thing I wanted to hear when we had an issue was we can assist you in moving if you are not happy. We were looking for a solution to the issue not to be moved.
Is it true Chris and I are demanding? Yes we are but we are also demanding on each other as well. Our affiliates deserve that. They are the backbone of our program. Who can argue with that?
You know as well as I know that the basics were just not functioning for us such as why all joins were being reported as bookmarked joins rather than to corresponding referrering url is inaccurate. It is very hard to decipher what a affiliate is doing correct with regards to marketing when I can't see what is working for him and what is not.
This is just one issue John. I have a list here longer than my sleeve. We had no choice but to move in effort for us to feel comfortable as well as our affiliates feel comfortable in our program.
I know you and your staff had to ill intentions or were maliciously trying to harm us but your software just did not meet our expectations or the hype it transcended in this industry.
