From a webmasters perspective, we send out small traffic to test out programs. If it converts well, we'll send more traffic. If it doesn't, we might contact the affiliate manager about possible solutions and suggestions. If the affiliate manager treats me like shit, they won't be receiving my traffic. I can make money elsewhere...
