From having a number of rental houses, its almost expected that people leave some mess behind. Not saying that the Turbofaces did at all by any means, just that most tennatns in my experience have left shit behind.
I have gotten some really nice things that were forgotten in fact, a few Oriental rugs from one place we owned that were in beautiful condition. Stereo Gear, TV's, old Computers, all kinds and shapes of furniture.
I've called the people up to tell them that I have their things and can they please come get them. Not once in the last 5 years have the people come back to claim the leave behinds.
I just clean them up and toss them in the new places for the next tennant to use. Since the majority are younger guys / girls and its their 1st place from home they usually dont have much gear to start with. Most are happy to have gear to use

Just so you guys know, 'Turbo2faced' and 'BenzWitRims' are the same person. It's our ex neighbor, Mark Borgard. He's this old burnout that lived below us. He's one of the main reasons we moved.
Mark Borgard is one strange character. He'd sit outside, chain smoking cigarettes while staring at the neighborhood children at play. This seemed innocent enough at first, but over the last month or so, some of the neighbors were noticing him staring at the children a little too much. One of them even confronted him about all this. The sad thing is that he has two children of his own and God only knows what really could have been going on in the apartment right below us.

... which is a place where he takes care of mentally handicapped children. I don't even want to imagine that scene.
This weirdo even went as far as forging a letter from the Office of Building Inspections. He wanted one of our cars removed from the property so he could have his garden that he wanted:
We took the letter to the office and they told us that that wasn't even their letterhead and that the guy signed it was away on vacation at the time the letter was signed.
This loser's life is already in the toilet (his wife just left him, one of his children is retarted because he's done too many drugs, he has multiple health problems, etc.) but if he continues embarassing himself on here, trying to damage my business, he's going to be in for a few surprises.
Mark, I really have to thank you for starting this thread. My business has never been better. As a matter of fact, every person that mentions this thread when ordering will get an extra 30% of traffic. This offer is good until the end of the week (6/19).

I actually went to their place a few times and their place NEVER looked like that! I also know that she kept a nice, clean place. I am a neat freak and the first to say if someone is dirty, I am not justifying the condittion their apartment was left in but I know that the neighbor below and the owner were real mean to them! I've been to turbo's crib tons of times & it was always extremely clean & looked very nice, they are both stand up people, the type of people that would do anything for a friend.....some of the nicest people i've ever met.
