I've been trying to get out policy changed to be able to call the school of the kids of the people who chargeback or cancel too early (anytime before the 12th recur) and inform them of their pornographic shopping ways, but I keep getting met with resistance

You will get them. We were considering the gang capture and tattoo face and arms method. I am guessing that it would only have to happen once though.

Okay, not specific to retention but rather initial sign-ups:

Have a testimonials section with photos of "Happy" members. And when I say "members" I'm meaning the other definition ...
