    Content producers, brokers, etc..

    Had this clown (http://sexynoob.us/) buy some pics from us then charge back and he's still using the photos on his site. Take a peep and see if you see anything you own on there that he hasn't licensed, he's got quite a bit of stuff on there.

    The site links to a TGP with more of my stuff on it that's illegally used too, how nice.

                  Uhhh.. we are the legal copyright holder of the content.. the host will recieve a c and d and if the don't remove the content, we sue them too, that simple. Not DMCA-knowledgable, Oracle? :P

                      Actually, come to think of it, I haven't found a host that took more than a few days to pull down someone with stolen shit on their site.. we issue several c and d's a day... In fact, the sponsors that are being promoted are oftentimes MUCH less responsive than the hosts.

                                      Apparently you are not familliar with the safe harbor provision of the DMCA.
                                      Once a complaint is filed, anyone who may be considered a contributing infringer (billing co, upstream provider) has to react within 24 hours or are considered liable too. Most billing companies & hosts have deeper pockets than the thief, so they want to get the hell out of the line of fire, lest they be the tastier target to pursue.
