Things that you had built after you bought your home. Pool, new patio, basement renovation. Probably stuff you only will spend on if you plan on living their forever. I haven't had anything done yet.

And who did you hire. There are apparently plenty of people out there with and without accreditation that are doing poor jobs on renovations.
