Sorry to hear that. I have lost a few dogs and its always a terrible thing.
I even had a dog that was shot by my neighbor for no reason, he shot the dog while it was standing in our yard. He was a senile old man who had no right owning a gun, his daughter had him put in a nursing home the very next day after it happened.
