    Hey TGP Pros.....

    Is it possible to make $$$ without skimming?

    No offense.. but man I hate that shit... nothing worse than clicking a link and getting another site that may or may not have popups that go on forever.

    Can it be done? I am makeing some $$$ with Thumbwhore.com but would like to bump it up a few notches.

    ICQ me if you do not want to post your suggestions here... I could really use some advice.

          skimming is stupid
          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

              Is possible but not as easy now as it was when hun,shemp, and sleazy dream started . will take a while to get you traffic base built up to where surfers trust ya and bookmark ya

                  No problem at all..you just need some kind of feeder to the site.

                  Like 3Ka day traffic flowing into the site will do..

                      skimming doesn't make money clicks do... however skimming increases your traffic which unless you're The Hun you probably need. It's kinda a vicious cycle. Try to skim as little as possible, if you have a few sites start one non skim site and feed it with your CJ style sites.

                          but isn't that how traffic trades are made? through skimming? and if that is so.. what other means of getting traffic are there? My submission base is out the roof... I have like over 6k in galleries waiting approval... and I get about 200 a day... so I am getting my recip out there and that has helped a lot...

                          Guess I need to pump the database with more of my sponsor galleries and less of submitters galleries... think that will help?

                                      you can still trade traffic on a no skim site, you just use top lists.. Also a lot of guys still use a trade script on no skim sites in order to track the traffic. Personally I wouldn't try starting a no skim site unless you had a source of feeder traffic as they are very hard to grow.

                                          quick upfront money = skim
                                          no money for long time and bank in the future = noskim

                                          but you have to have the best galleries on the web to succeed.

                                              it would take a fucking long time to build a site from scratch with no skim. You'd need a lotta patience. I guess if you've already got quite a bit of traffic and multiple tgp's you could feed your non skim tgp with your others

                                                      yeah... had thumbwhore for about 6 months or so... finally got accepted to a couple of the bigger auto submitters and that has helped with some traffic (and getting my recip out there). Thought this would be a nice hobby... but shit... it is turning into REAL work lol....
                                                      Actually taking up more time than expected and that I have... Tried to sell... well... you all see how that went lol....

                                                      So... if anyone would like to take over this site and run it and have it make a profit... I will be willing to let you have 75% of everything that comes through... Would like to just pay a salary.. but cannot do that at this time... so.... IF, anyone should be interested... let me know..

                                                          Im going to tell you how to do it...

                                                          1. Stick huge toplists at the top, middle, bottom of your pages
                                                          2. Use Comus Thumbs
                                                          3. Use Comus Thumbs Open in Frames Option. When someone opens a gallery you get to control the frames.
                                                          4. In the top and bottom frames stick your trades in there
                                                          (Use text, or to make it even more effective stick a small 88x88 thumb with the sites name under it)


                                                          And there you go...
