It is simple reverse psychology....
In the "typical" square corporate world there is and/or was a glass ceiling for female employees. Typically male employees would make more then their female counterparts.
Now in the world of adult....again "typically" women make more in all of these areas...Modeling/Escorting/Dancing. But remember these are in the "service" personnel sector and not always in the behind the scene types of positions.
I hope no one asks me why women in those areas of adult make more $$$. If you need an explanation on that one you should probably get out of the adult biz altogether.
