The Zen of Train Station Ramen
You haven't tasted Ramen until you've stood outside a Tokyo train station late at night after a heavy night of drinking, and eaten at one of the portable ramen stands.
You pick your ingredients, and then they prepare it in front of you piping hot. I usually add diced green onions, some beef slices, and a raw egg, which quickly cooks in the hot broth.
Of course you use chopsticks, and make sure you slurp that broth nice and loud...just be sure that you aren't so drunk that you burn the shit out of the roof of your mouth.
Oh yes, then you make sure you catch the last train...
