I care a LOT about business. That's why I say stuff like this in threads about Dave. The kids on this board care about drama. They don't care about facts. Business works based on FACTS and not on ALLEGATIONS.
I've spoken to Dave on the phone before. And for every single accusation that he's been accused of he has a good, logical answer that makes perfect sense. Since those accusing him never have concrete proof, I give him the benefit of the doubt.
I firmly believe in "innocent until proven guilty". I think Dave MAY be a not-so-good guy. But what I THINK doesn't matter. Only what can be PROVEN matters.
All I can say is that he's never scammed ME. And he's never scammed any of my close friends.
And that's a FACT.

I would love to see some concrete proof. Somebody please find some. If Dave's a scammer I want him out of the business. And I could help make that happen.
But please folks... make accusations only with proof.
Good night. Someone please call that telephone number later to see if Dave is telling the truth about that $2 million judgement being voided. That would be easy proof that Dave is either lying or telling the truth.
