MSN's and Hotmail websites go down. Company's who host on Apache servers go down. It's the nature of the beast and effects all who are in the online business. Brick and mortar companies close for holiday's. I don't accept that a website being down or a holiday being an excuse for being non-operational, but I accept that because that's the type of person I am.
