It is nearly impossible for an average person to immigrate legally to the US these days without family already here or lottsa money.
-A fake green card might fool the club doorman but will get you arrested and deported(probably 5 year ban) the first time you try to enter with it and they run it through the scanner as whatever number is on it will be fake or won't match your passport.
-Coming back and forth on a tourist visa even from Canada is a high stress short term solution as you will always be wondering "will they let me in next time?"
-To get an employment visa you need to be an individual of exceptional talent/skills and you need an employer to sponsor you and do a ton of paperwork and actually work in that job for months/years.
-To get an Entrepreneur/business visa you need substantial capital probably over US$100,000 and be able to open an actual business with employees etc, not a one man show from home.
If you don't have close family living here who are citizens, (even if you do the wait could be months or years) I would suggest falling in love with an American woman and marrying her to be your only option. Notice I said "falling in love" not commit "marriage fraud" as if you marry just for the green card you will have to live with her for at least two years, have joint accounts etc and will most likely be caught if it isn't genuine resulting again in you being arrested/deported and her being arrested.
But I am not an immigration attorney. Go for a free consultation and she/he will tell you basically the same thing if they are honest.
If they are not honest they will maybe offer to help you try to get a temporary employment visa eventually with many strings attached after you pay them thousands of dollars.
