The MOST COMMON way people with no existing family connections (family petitions) move to the us is through JOB petitions. Either they get petitioned while outside of the country or they change their status to H1-B when they are already in the US under a tourist or student or other non-immigrant status.

I'll check an immigration attorney. I'll go in Miami in a few weeks to find that.
But i don't really think that being an "adult" Webmaster goes well on an immigration petition
