E visa = high capital requirements

You can also try setting up a main office at your country for your corp and moving to the US to setup a satellite office. This MAY (again, consult with an immigration attorney) help you qualify for a LESS CAPITAL INTENSIVE L visa (intercompany transfer). L Visa also helps you bring your wife and kids (if any) with you.

Remember to check with your immigration attorney first before making a move.

The MOST COMMON way people with no existing family connections (family petitions) move to the us is through JOB petitions. Either they get petitioned while outside of the country or they change their status to H1-B when they are already in the US under a tourist or student or other non-immigrant status.
