You can get an L visa (I'm not sure about the visa letter designation) for investors. As long as you can prove that you have enough capital to move a business to the US and you actually will employ people there, you can get the visa. The great thing about it is it lets you take your wife and kids with you. Once your business grows (thereby maintaining your business over certain asset/income/employee levels), you can apply for permanent residency (green card).

That would be a better solution, but the best would be to keep my internet biz as it is because i can't bring my spanish employes with me. I just want to receive my money each month in the states and get out of europe.
