Unless you are sponsored by a US company you will not be able to work in the US legally until you establish a working visa. And unless you provide a unique service that cannnot be found in the states its very difficult to get a working visa...
whats the story with that, whta are the basic requirements for a company to sponsor somebody?

i was actually about to make this same thread, i've been effectively living in the states for a while but going back and forth to canada every few months is a drag. trying to find a good immigration lawyer right now but some background info would be great
