    Hey Pat, earlier when this started tonight I actually called your old landlord, seems he had alot to say, like as in, even with ONLY $475 monthly rent on a dirty dingy apartment you still couldnt pay the rent monthly and was as he said "habitually several days and sometimes up to WEEKS late on the rent"

    I called under the guise of being your brother in law and wanted to know why you moved out so soon.

She was paying $300/year for insurance based on the fact the car was garaged in NC where in fact it was in NJ, that's mostly the reason they ran to NC.                                                                                 This loser's life is already in the toilet (his wife just left him, one of his children is retarted because he's done too many drugs, he has multiple health problems, etc.) but if he continues embarassing himself on here, trying to damage my business, he's going to be in for a few surprises.

Good guy, fun to hang with, and has never fucked anyone over that i know of. He's always done right by me and continues to do so. If i had the problems he had I don't know if I'd leave the apt in as good a condition as he did. It was hardly trashed, and just needed some cleanup.
