We shoot our own content. We've found that just by looking at 75-80 % of paysites our there, you can tell if they shoot it themselves or not, or have a sub par content provider shoot it. It just looks the same. We try to be as dynamic as possible. Whats great is it is dirt cheap to shoot yourself and converts like mad. The profit margins are insane.

Best way is to send out as many DVDs as possble to the satelites etc and also to advertise in Adult press that targets DVD distribution. We have a guy in the office who spends his days cold calling the DVD stores as well. To sell in Europe you need the DVD classified. We now have a deal with Magma for Europe and we do the UK ourselves. Satelites in the UK take softcore versions of the video but pay very well!Originally posted by sweetcuties

You need to get an editor who understands the law regarding classifications though. Typically they will charge £250 - $450 per day. They can do one scene per day. So it works out at £750 for a scene to be edited. However you will get your money back. Some companies will take the content off you and pay for this service for you. www.rudebrit.com are one of them. I am not sure what they are like though payment wise. Magma would probably be your best bet and they are a huge company based in Germany.
