    Epassporte-Going down the tubes?

    Epass used to answer the phone within 2-5 minutes... tonight, been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes...

    also their is another rumor floating around......

    what is the deal?

    anyone have any real facts or gossip?

                                          I love them, but they need to do two things... add customer support, and add extra security measures. If they do this it will restore a lot of faith.

                                          The gambling thing is another matter... if big banks keep dropping them, they are going to be in a lot of trouble.
