                                                                                              I've got a "rate her butt" style site too. I just take sponsor content and link every picture to their affilate program or to a corresponding hosted gallery. I had to have a guy make some changes to the script for it to do that.

                                                                                              I can accept submissions too, but there is no point, because everyone that submits is just giving me sponsor content that I'll get in trouble for.

                                                                                              I did have one guy that was sending me pics of his wife's ass, but that was the exception.

Anyone who has any experience with user submitted content knows that half the submits are pulled from paysites, galleries, etc by some horny guy pretending to be a chick. Even on fucking dating sites this happens. No big deal and no reason to call it "stolen" content, especially since it looks like he is making a huge effort to clean it up.

Speak with someone high up at your host ahead of time and let them know that occassionally a user may submit pics they dont have rights to, and that you will remove it as soon as you find out.
