She's brain damaged (as I suspect a lot of people around here are), not brain dead. I am the type of person who will keep trying to save a house plant even after it's dried up and brittle, so yeah I don't think this woman should be left to die by dehydration/starvation and doped up on morphine. All her "husband" had to do is give custody to her parents, that's all they wanted. Who can blame them? I'd never be able to watch my child die like that.
I think the judges that rules against reinstating the tube were being spiteful to the President and had political (Democratic) motive.
