Agreed! Drama is for exposing people who are (or are trying to) hurt/scam unsuspecting board members. If info causes drama, but alerts other board members to a problem then it is well worth it.

We are talking about someone well established on a board where people network to find business partners and vendors and the like. If someone is advertising fraudulently, fuck the drama, report them.
