Benc, it was turned down in CONSERVATIVE altanta... 11th circuit. Now the supreme court (wildly liberal and 100% democrat) has refused to hear the case.
The only people on their side are the Bush family and a few other nutjobs. The level of disinformation coming out about the girls condition is shocking.
Why didn't the parents move her? Because her husband is her legal guardian. The parents have very few rights in this case to start with.
