icq's messaging protocol runs on the same as aim (oscar)

there is simply no way to bypass rate limits unless you're using a java client (unless using oscar servers) or a WAP server.. and http://wap.icq.com isn't there, neither is http://wapmail.icq.com or http://wap.pager.icq.com

Mine makes more than that per month, but if you're not interested thats fine. Its much more than just a page generator. I offered 2 copies for sale in January for $10k each but only one sold.
