for one they aren't divorced. and the 1 mill. settlement they got yrs ago for malpractice is all but gone. Went on her care, attourney's fee's, etc.
His lawyers haven't been paid in 3 yrs. Also, every cent of the 1 mill had to be approved by a judge to spend it
