ggross, (partygirlsnetwork.com), please, give some answers

I want to ask you some questions. You didn't answer on my mails and on ICQ, so, i saw you post here, and hope you will tell me something. Also, i hope, other people will tell me, what should i do, and am I right or not..

I will describe the situation.

I did for ggross graphic work. I made 25 banners and 30 galleries. It was in october 2003.

Also, you offered me to host my website (with design works), so i didn't mention and you hosted it.

After the work was finished i gave you my payment coordinates and waited for the wire transfer. But I didn't receive it.

After a while I received a letter from ggross. Here it is:

Apparently you didn't get my email. I have been contacted by the FBI because you had banners that you made for me on Child Porn sites. They were linked from your design site.

Also, they have requested that I give them your name & email address, which I have not done yet. And I had to pay a bandwidth bill the other day of $872.00 from where the sites had linked to your banners from the child porn sites. Why are you putting up banners on child porn sites that you made for Gary ? This makes no damn sense at all. And, me having to pay that amount of money for bandwidth that came from YOUR design site.

I would like an explanation !!!!!!!

I was shocked.

So, I wrote, that I'm not in touch with any CP sites, and possibly someone just hotlinked them. Also, the situation with $872 for hosting and FBI made me thinking, that someone trying to cheat me..

So, i asked the URLs of sites, which used this banners. Also, I wrote, that if someone hotlinked banners, it is not my fault. And I asked the logs of hosting.

Here are the sites that were sending in all the hits. They were linked to your design site. Everything is pretty cool now. The have ruled that there was nothing that could have been done to prevent it. But they also said that if you hadn't of posted on some of the boards that you did, they would have never been hotlinked on those sites.

My bank says that the payment was accepted & never returned. If you still do not have it, I will get it out to you AGAIN within the next couple of weeks.

from this time I tryed to contact and ask what is with my money?

but i didn't get any answer. Not through ICQ, not through e-mail.

I don't want to say, that it was cheat, I just want to know, what should I think? I don't have any opportunity to contact with you any other way exept with board..
