My bad - I meant eurodns - They more or less guarantee 1-1 first choice 2-2 second and so on - Read their tos to find out how they have set this up. It looks pretty straight forward to me, but, I could well be wrong.
I do know that in the two lists we are running what were 1-1 is now 1-4 or even 5, making us first out of the ones we pre-ordered. 5 is the max number of people they allow to pre=order any single domain name. (Obviously 1= first come to 5=last come)
