    Epassporte and Non-us Bank Question.

    Here is my turmoil

    I go to Company A's website and they have a product/service i need.

    So i go to the order page and i see they take CC's so i figure why not use my Epass Virtual Visa.

    Fill in all the info everything goes through nice. Then i get the confirm email

    "Thank you for your order we are processing it now. Because your cc was issued by a non-US bank please fax us the copy of the card to verfiy the order."

    Okay. Well its a virtual visa. How do i fax someone a Virtual Visa card. So i email them.

    Sorry but i would like to cancel this order and re-order with a different CC.

    No email for back for 24hrs now.

    My epassport statement shows that the $xx.xx i sent to them has been deducted from my account but its on pending.

    Company A isnt replying.

    Will Epass cancel the transaction or wht do i do.

        They don't answer emails !!!!
        I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

        But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

                It doesnt need a chargeback, the transaction needs to be cancelled. However, there is still time on the authorization for Company A to try and settle it. Wait a few days and then you can have risk cancel it for you.
