Please Review my site

Galleries:

1. Way too many pics, 20 should be the absolute maximum, better 15 or 16.

2. Use pic series only, 99% of all TGPs don't like mixed pics.

3. Add some text to the galleries, you want to sell adult friendfinder memberships, tell people what's special about the site, why they should click and join.

4. Give people something to click, when opening the pages in 800x600 there is no ad to click without scolling, ads should be an eyecatcher. Always design galleries for 800x600, still the standard resolution for most surfers, they don't want to scroll left and right.

5. Try using some textlink like "Adult Friend Finder - Click here to get laid today". Many people click when told to click.

6. If your design skills suck (like mine) either buy some good templates for galleries or make them at least look clean and organized. When all thumbs have the same dimensions and you put the same number of thumbs in every row of a table, plus text and textlinks centered above, below or in between, a gallery looks already nice without many fancy graphics.

7. Put some more space in between the thumbs, you got a very large vertical space between the rows, but the horizontal spacing is just a few pixels, doesn't look good.

Forum:
Post alot yourself at the beginning (use different usernames), last post is already rather old. People will only stay and post when they see that's a real community worth to join. Add polls, post some pics. Girls are always an attraction, just have a look what's going on when new girls join GFY and post the first time...all start screaming "Show your boobs !". So, make some girl usernames, post some fake pics etc. Post on other related forums, trade links with them. For a forum the look sin't THAT important, but you could make it look a bit more interesting with a nice logo, maybe some rotating daily galleries. Don't try making a forum for webmasters and surfers, surfers shouldn't see too much webmaster talk...and building a new webmaster community is close to impossible anyway, especially if you don't know alot of people willing to push it.

StarkReality made some really solid comments, however I think I can still add a few more.

If I were you, I'd change the color of my text links... use something that really stands out against the background. Also, on your galleries page:

A banner between each gallery link isn't really needed and doesn't do much more than make it look like a banner farm. Honestly, with the blue links on a light blue background, I looked right over your text links at first glance and thought there was nothing more there than banners.
