i pay my g/f to take care of that stuff for me, when she 'comes to work', she can't have on more than a bikini

Well I wouldn't fire them at all........ in fact, if it was a guy, I'd probably NOT look the other way, but rather look right at them....... woohoo...... LOL

We work in the porn industry, nudity is as normal in this industry as suits and ties are in the Corporate world......... or at least that's how I see it. LOL

I DID have a boss at one time though that thought showing my ass, literally, was very unprofessional. And funny part is that I was still content on my sites at that time and THAT is how he found me, but somehow it became unprofessional when I becamse an employee of his..... So it does happen, but I can't imagine why it would be an issue in this industry if they are getting the damn job done, who the hell cares HOW they get it done as long as it gets done. LOL

I agree that some want to try and run this in a professional way, and that's fine, but nudity in the porn industry? DUH!!! LMAO

Acting like a drunken whore isn't a good thing no matter WHAT industry you are in........ BUT a lot of that depends on what was expected or acceptable from the company. If the company required she go to this party and blah blah blah, then THEY are asking for potential problems...... if they wanted her to go to the party and remain another way, then this is a problem.

Bottom line to me, I'd have to know all the circumstances around this, but here's how I do things. If I take a team to a convention, it is MY duty to tell them what I expect and what I don't want to see........ and make it VERY clear. If I have a solo girl that I take to a convention and she is with me because she gets naked and does the porn thing as content or something..... then YES, I would expect to see her naked. If I take someone there that is there to hit the parties and make the rounds on that level, then YES, I would expect something like this to happen.......


NOW, if I take them and I specifically make it clear that they are to maintain themselves and represent me in a more professional light, and I see this, then I'd probably come unglued.

In this industry, in MY head, it is up to the company owners and ones that are there to represent the company to set the standard and what they expect from their people, and if they represent it in any other way than what I have laid out, then I'd probably be a bit upset, but I wouldn't FIRE them........ unless it was specifically stated that I didn't want to see this type of behavior.

The thing is to me, this is not a cut and dry industry, there are those that are expected to carry themselves one way and those expected to carry themselves another, but ultimately, it is up to the company to lay this out...... the company needs to be specific in what they expect and don't expect.

Reality has it though, we are in the adult industry, so things like this are to be expected from time to time.......

if you can do the work yourself, why rely on outsourcing firm in the first place. isn't that odd? and when hiring someone, do your assignment. check their credentials first before entering into a contract.
