the pill doesnt add skin to your dick nor increase your chances of getting laid (only plastic surgery will do that) .. what it does is increase the blood flow thereby pushing and expanding the walls to the max - thereby making it more elastic. So yes it can work - but why?? Walk around town screaming "I have a 10 inch dick" doesnt make any woman want you more
start making $$ - drive around in a kick ass car with a 10 inch stick shift - and you'll get more ass than if you take a pill.
