I don't know about your experiences, but mine were definitely positive. (And no, I haven't been paid to say this and I have no reason to kiss his ass, I've got a boatload more traffic then he does).

                                                                                                    Just so you guys know, 'Turbo2faced' and 'BenzWitRims' are the same person. It's our ex neighbor, Mark Borgard. He's this old burnout that lived below us. He's one of the main reasons we moved.

                                                                                                    Mark Borgard (DO NOT POST PERSONAL INFORMATION) is one strange character. He'd sit outside, chain smoking cigarettes while staring at the neighborhood children at play. This seemed innocent enough at first, but over the last month or so, some of the neighbors were noticing him staring at the children a little too much. One of them even confronted him about all this. The sad thing is that he has two children of his own and God only knows what really could have been going on in the apartment right below us.

                                                                                                    This weirdo even went as far as forging a letter from the Office of Building Inspections. He wanted one of our cars removed from the property so he could have his garden that he wanted:



                                                                                                    We took the letter to the office and they told us that that wasn't even their letterhead and that the guy signed it was away on vacation at the time the letter was signed.

                                                                                                    This loser's life is already in the toilet (his wife just left him, one of his children is retarted because he's done too many drugs, he has multiple health problems, etc.) but if he continues embarassing himself on here, trying to damage my business, he's going to be in for a few surprises.

I did not think it was that bad. Some boxes were left in the house and a liter box. remeber they were evicted for what reason. We don't even know.

                                                                                                                                                                            If they were out for revenge they could have left the house alot worse. The cat liter and shit could have been dumped all over the palce. Splatered dark paint on the walls, left shrimp shells/raw chicken in the house. I could go on and on and think of many things they could have done but all I see is a mess. What is a security deposit for anyways? I don't think it would cost one and a half months rent to clean that place. I could have cleand in in a hour and a half

                                                                                                                                                                                    if you could buy traffic converting at 1:72 why are you not actively buying all that you can of it? makes no sense that you would lose that cash cow..
