It really is a simple process. People get paid to work. No work = No pay = No job.
Don't get me wrong, "Explicit" helped out in a lot of areas, came into this company as a virgin (industry speaking), and learned a lot. Did a lot of good things (he has to have or he wouldn't have been employed here so long). But when I walk by his desk and see his monitor with job apps on it and emails going out, it is a no brainer.
2 weeks notice my ass. Yeah, please stay for two weeks, doing nothing, draining company resources; while your at it here is a company car because I know you'll take great care of it. We don't have money like that (as I am assuming nobody does or would) to waste on people that don't want to earn it.
Good Riddance. I'm just going to use Rick and Dee from iWebmasters and replace him with 3 guys for from the Phili. for the same price. Win win situation for us
