                      Actually, it seems that many programs are for sale these days, which makes me think that the smart ones have seen the future, and are selling out of the past.

                          makes me pretty nervous thinking about this tho. As you said, ive been seeing a lot more for sale recently. Is it the "build and sell" model or is something really up?
