Good question!
Because you can fully customize the outside design, you may create as many NICHE sites as possible.
For example, if your traffic is mostly swingers traffic, then you can customize your site accordingly to increase your conversion rate. E.g:
http://www.swingerscom.com is converting AWSOME any swingers traffic.
On other hand, many sites that wish to incorporate a dating section with a minimal cost, see a great advantage in that program, since it allows them to fully co-brand a dating site that match their design. (e.g:
http://personals.men.com)
