The best and most valuable source of traffic for your blog is of course the search engines. The unique power of your blog (the thing that makes it different from your TGP) is that you can get links from other bloggers, by which I mean
real bloggers and not fellow chicken-wire-bedroom freaks. Your (real) blog links give a little (very high quality) traffic, but more importantly (this is the whole reason you have a porn blog) they give you natural search engine juice you can't get any other way. But to get (real) blog links, you have to have a (real) blog. That means writing text, in a human voice, about things people want to read about. Those things can be porn things, but you still have to write. Bloggers will not link to you for your porn movies.
I'm learning that giving this advice to new adult bloggers is like the advice everyone was giving to newbies when I was new. "Get some real hosting, the free hosting is shit." Nobody wanted to hear it, and everybody had to learn it the hard way.
