Okay.... I agree.... limiting the Flash is pointless.....

so.... let's split this..... (it's the only way)

2 Divisions/Categories.

Category 1: Pure Graphic/HTML
Category 2: Flash

If you do Flash work in your tour.... ANY Flash work..... you are automatically in Category 2.

The voting needs to be separate because they simply don't compare. So..... we got two votes.

Call 'em whatever you want... "Best Flash Designer" & "Best Graphics".... whatever..... I don't care.... as long as they're judged separately.

And this way, you can go balls out on the Flash too.

Now that's fair.
